  1. How do I access Facebook with MoDazzle?
    Once you sign up with MoDazzle, you can log in to your account page and enter your Facebook user name and password.
  2. What can I do on Facebook using MoDazzle?
    Using MoDazzle with Facebook you can:
    • Send messages to your friends list
    • Check your messages
    • Update your profile
    • Post a note on your wall and read from your wall
    • Know who’s online
    • Poke a friend
    • Upload a profile photo
    • Send invite to friends
    • Update your profile status
    • Check for birthday updates
    We are always working on adding new features and will update you as soon as we have more.
  3. Will I be able to access my Facebook applications?
    No. We’re working on adding this functionality
  4. Can I create a Facebook account using MoDazzle?
    No. To access Facebook via MoDazzle, you need to already have a Facebook account. If you don’t already have one, go to www.facebook.com and click on "Sign Up"
  5. How do I see what are the commands that I can use?
    You can visit our usage guide here or email: help@modazzle.com , and enter "facebook" in the subject line.

  7. Is MoDazzle and Facebook mobile the same?
    No. Facebook is a social networking site which allows you to stay connected with friends. MoDazzle allows you to access Facebook (and other sites) anywhere with your smartphone.

  1. How do I sign up for LinkedIn on MoDazzle?
    Once you sign up with MoDazzle, you can log in to your account page and enter your LinkedIn user name and password.
  2. What can I do on MoDazzle using LinkedIn?
    Using MoDazzle with LinkedIn you can:
    • Search for Company
    • Search for People
    • Search for a person’s details
    • View your connections
    • Invite your contacts

    No. We’re working on adding this functionality
  4. Will I be able to access my premier account on LinkedIn?
    Yes. If you have a premier account with LinkedIn you will be able able to access it like any other MoDazzle user. However , we don’t support any LinkedIn premier functionality at this time.

  1. How can I access Venture Source using Modazzle?
    Once you sign up with MoDazzle, you can log into your account page and enter your VentureSource user name and password.
  2. What all can be done using VentureSource on Modazzle?
    You can view:
    • List of investors of a company
    • List of top executives and board members of a company
    • Information about a VC’s portfolio
    • Information about a person’s portfolio.
    This the current list of functions and we will be adding more in the near future.
  3. What is the basic technology required to support Venture source on my Mobile?
    There is no high end technology required to access this service, all you need is your cell phone or blackberry devices.
  4. How will I be charged for using the services?
    You will not be charged by MoDazzle for using their service.
  5. Can I access all the services offered on Modazzle if I am a member of VentureSource community?
    No. You can access only the community to which you have subscribed. However you can sign up for other communities as well. It’s free!
  6. Are there any free services available with VentureSource?
    Yes, VentureSource community users can avail several free services such as locating the nearest Starbucks, directions between two addresses, web search etc. Also many more services including accessing information on restaurants, movies, news, people etc. will be available on Modazzle.

    Yes. You can access all the information services on Modazzle, even if you are not a member of any subscribed community. It's free!
